There's plenty I already knew of that I enjoyed there, and I'll be making plenty since I took a cooking class and the cookbook has recipes for every type of Thai curry from fresh or dried ingredients, Pad Thai, Tom Yum/Kha, a dish for each type of curry, several stir fry dishes, sticky rice with mango, and papaya salad.
