Guys always think of the troops, but you know what REALLY lops the legs off any plans for fighting another "police action" war?

Not being able to fly anything over there.

I once heard that the USAF is content to let the NG boys have all the 'boring' aircraft, which is why it always seems like the only time I meet Cargo or Tanker guys IRL they come from a guard unit. So I'll spot check, using the laziest, most outdated fleet composition data I can find on wikipedia. It's probably gonna be accurate enough, because aside from the Pegasus they haven't added much.

C-17: 222 in service 01/18. 157 active, 47 ANG, 18 AFR

C-130: AF wanted to downsize to 255 J models in 21. Back then 149 of 300 C--130s were operated by the national guard

KC-135: 398 in service 05/17. 156 active, 172 ang, 70 AFR

C-5: 52 in service 08/18. No direct count here but only 2 wings active duty, Reserves have 4 wings and a flight test group.
This is something burgers can actually do that has a realistic chance of passing and has popular momentum. Restricting the ability of ZOG to federalize the National Guard like they did in Iraq and Afghanistan can be a serious blow with an American military already facing a recruiting crisis. See what you can do to have a law like this passed in your state so that the guys don't have to get blown up by Houthis or some shit.
