Absolutely. I’m taking .1 mg capsules daily. I have read extensive research on the integrated health benefits of microdosing psilocybin, so I’m going on this journey with an open mind & open heart to see what might arise. No specific KPI’s at this point. I’m currently on 50mg of Zoloft which does interact with the mushrooms so I’m interested in seeing how that impacts the experience. I’m really doing this to use myself as a self-study for future psychedelic assisted mental health work with clients.
