Yes, to clarify giving a PDF to Claude 3.5 ask it to turn it into a website using whatever tech you prefer. For whatever reason, these LLMs are optimized for PDFs in strange ways.
I haven't fully dived into Projects yet, but I can imagine it working similarly.
