The reason why I went vegan is just because I did a research myself, so I can argue against other argument by some vegans on Reddit.
After a month or so I had to be honest with myself and admit that I do not have any excuse, especially not health-wise, to continue eating animal foods.
I agree that you can be healthy while eating non-vegan food, but you don’t need animal sourced food to be healthy. It is easy to find the evidence all around you.
Nothing personal but I really don’t believe that you did a proper research and tried to talk/meet vegan people and come to your conclusions. To me it looks like this is a rare encounter :)
There are many many people born vegan and living vegan during their entire life. Cultures that live several generations while following strict diets that can be considered vegan. Check out Jainism for example
