CO2 is 0.04% of the atmosphere. Water vapor is 0.5% and is the largest component to greenhouse effect.
Why aren't we talking about getting rid of the water?
Sorry that's sarcasm. Some people put /s but that's quite subtle.
Honestly though I thought the atmosphere was like 20% CO2 until I looked it up.
CO2 was about 280ppm (0.028%) In 1800 and now is 380ppm (0.038%). Carbon is part of a cycle in the biosphere. We may be impacting it but it's hard for me to believe it is an existential emergency. The earth and the biome will find an equilibrium.
