I know why, because of the messages you receive every day, because your entire nation is engaged in pretending to be progressive so you think that all of that stuff feminists say about men does not apply to the men you interact with because they say "consent" and "equality".
I don't know how feminist can NOT include at least emotional and personally-physical separation if minimal identification with your own sex, minimal awareness of how patriarchal consciousness is engineered to keep you down, will make you not want to interact with the people who actively mentally alienate you from your own sex and broadcast patriarchal messages. If you see this, the idea of separatism should not be offensive to you, it should be what you naturally strive for, and you will not see the idea that feminism = separatism as a personal attack. If you see it as an attack you do not recognize the negative influence men have on women. And if you don't, how do you even call yourself a feminist, nevermind radical?
