For breakfast I had cold-pressed green juice, for lunch I will eat this corn wrap with sprouts and vegetables, and I soaked pumpkin seeds for two nights to make some snacks. Since they are raw, they are starting to sprout. Look at how these seeds are opening! If I let them sprout further, they would start to form small roots and the first two leaves (leaf buds) would develop from the seed. Isn't that magical? I love nature!
