Guy at the gym who I'd seen before many times but never interacted with told me I'd gotten way more jacked in the last few months and that I was looking huge. I told him that it's funny because I actually haven't gained any weight just been recomping and getting slightly leaner and bigger at the same time while maintaining weight, but later realized that I actually gained back 15 lbs between January and March that I lost from November-January during my last time off. 😅
If someone had only seen me since January they'd probably think I'm roiding because of how fast I'd made gains since then, which he might have tbh lol 😳
