I have not used the portal, so I am not well placed to comment, but I understand that, on every page, there is a clear reference to the parties' names. If that is the case, then while this is unfortunate, it might suggest a lack of attention to detail.
I'm not sure that it is particularly different to picking up the wrong paper file, and then filling in the details of the wrong party on a paper form, and submitting that?
