I think Dread pointed this out to me but to be a movie star you need 'presence' as your primary quality and to be a television star you also need to be 'likeable' (gotta keep the audience tuned in weekly). Difficult to pull both off, especially if you are playing an 'antihero' or 'villain protagonist'.
