Somehow i just realized that using VPNs for switching NAT IP to another country such as I connected to Estonia are actually working to fetching these proxied media from this instance on third-party apps.
It seems our ISPs are indeed blocking some foreign CDNs including its proxied media through blocked foreign CDN, which it is so fucked bruh why our ISP gonna do so wrong like that?
