Curious if anybody has an explanation: how did tofu get like 2x cheaper over the past 5 years while everything else got 2x expensive? I'm finding a pound of it for $2.50 in the US now, not even "on sale", same brands as normal, which were $5 a few years ago. Give me your wild conspiracy theories about the tofu mafia.
