Here is a zip file suitable for importing on Sharkey (and presumably other key flavored instances). The big differences from the [official release](https://git.gay/moonrabbits/neodog/releases/download/1.0.0/neodog_key.zip) are
1. This correctly categorizes them (mostly in `neodog` with the rest in `neo*/extra`)
2. This adds the animated ones from elsewhere in the thread.
3. This uses meta version 2 of the `meta.json` which allows them to be labeled with the appropriate license.
4. It points to shonk.phite.ro as the host instance (the closest we have to indicating a creator as of version 2).
