What “good” white folx don’t get is that Black folx just want you to acknowledge racism, your own and whiteness as a construct, when it’s right in your face AND commit to eliminating it…and you can’t do that WITHOUT accepting the history, legacy, and impact of white supremacy and anti-Blackness which preserves racism for generations to come
Acknowledging this isn’t about blaming you for the past…it’s about getting you to stop inflicting harm TODAY and TOMORROW
