Years ago I had this incredibly interesting dream that I still think about nearly daily.

I was back in a childhood home and with me was a creature that was ancient, it had been walking the earth for thousands of years. It was with me back in this childhood home as it was trying to show me the incredible importance of all of the little decisions I had made in my life, even my choices as a child. It was trying to explain to me the impact that my choice to write in my diary everyday as an adolescent had had on my adult life, etc.

This creature was kinda a snarky asshole and was making some rude remarks. I told it not to do that, I told it to “take it back”. It said “Okay, I’ll take back every snarky thing I’ve ever said” and snapped it’s fingers. The room was changed. The computer was different, the technology had changed. I looked out the window to see that the style of clothes everyone was wearing had changed.

“How did this happen?” I asked, and this creature showed me a thing that you can’t put into words as it had more dimensions than the human mind can visualize. Essential it showed me a ribbon woven through reality that was all of it’s actions. When that ribbon was changed, reality changed.

The point of this dream was a visualization of how incredibly important and impactful all your actions are. ALL of them. And you just have no idea how one thing you say will ripple out into the world. We think of ourselves as so ineffectual, but our actions, even as a child, are massive.
