because of what i suspect are gall stones i have been increasing my intake of citrus, the one about lemon water will be a good watch
i also get problems with gall bladder pain (biliary colic) when i eat eggs now, even when they are fully cooked hard so there is no denatured cholesterols remaining
the complexity of the issues i have i basically know that the only way i'm gonna get relief is if i either learn the subject myself, or find a way to get within range of doctors who actually know this stuff, and unfortunately i don't think there is very many in the world at all, most others are just going to give me a couple of drugs for whatever symptoms stand out to them the most and the problem will continue to get worse, mostly
