Managed to get a physiotherapy appointment for tonight. Never been there but the orthopaedist recommended them. They called back and told me about their guiding principle of helping patients become their own therapists. Will be expensive but probably worth it. I really don’t have the money, potentially need to borrow it, but whatever, can’t put a price on hopefully quickly being able to start #running again and do the upcoming marathon. It's an investment in (mental) health, maximum priority.
