BnB (npub1uhq…v4m8) I already get cortisone shots, had a couple epidurals, seen a neurologist, been fitted with a leg brace that isn't ready yet, in high quality pain management. It's super-frustrating that all they seem to do is give me more and more drugs and it takes a month for a simple blood test. Since they aren't helping me, not quickly anyway, I gotta do whatever I can to help myself
