I'm well aware of how long the US gov't and most citizens were willing to let Europe's Jews die in concentration camps even after we entered, to say nothing of the camps we set up ourselves for Japanese Americans. And what cos like Ford and IBM did. I don't genuflect to FDR or the Greatest Generation. But compared to this crowd now, they are heroic.
