Yor used her powress to beat the best performing wild card of the Royal Rumble. With her motherly charm and her ability to turn off her awe-inspiring assassin mode and become sweet as surgar, . The advantage is slightly in Yor's favor in ojective qualities, but compared to the two, the raccoon girl received a greater proportion of votes.
Ardainian Right, Yor's main sponsor on the Fediverse, reminds us one of Yor's peak qualities:

** 9. Raphtalia / Rising of the Shield Hero **

So far, all but one of the fluffy girls have made it to Round Two. Raphtalia seems like a character, like Senko and Holo, to easily beat her next opponent, but she has one major flaw. Both Senko's and Holo's series are very good. Raphtalia's is a mixed bag, and many on the Fediverse don't like Rising of the Shield Hero, while they enjoy Spy x Family. Still, Raphtalia is one of the bright spots and best parts of the show, which may help.
Gemmany Carter (Formerly Jemmany Buffet) had a eloquent and concise reason to vote for Raphtalia:

The Fluffy Tail Mafia's Chief Tenguist and Awooist believes, "Now begins the start of the Fluffy Tail Domination!" With Liru's loss, the domination seems less potent. Can the FTM retain their power this round?
