Well, that was easy - `pkg install qemu-guest-agent` and then add qemu_guest_agent_enable="YES" to rc.conf. Then I started it with `service qemu-guest-agent start` from there.
Now, the #FreeBSD VM details like IP address, etc, show up in #Harvester. Nice!
