A long time ago, I advocated for reinstalling Windows yearly. Because it runs like shit after that.
Recently, I realized that I haven't put a fresh copy of Windows on my home PC in EIGHT YEARS. So yea, both CachyOS and a fresh install of Win 11 IOT worked better than that install. Because of course it does.
I wonder if you are comparing it to an old install of Windows? Also, Win 11 IOT is on a whole over level, compared to using debloat tools on a standard Win 11 install.
