I’m not an insider anymore, but I have seen so many “it’s the end times for global capitalism” events that I can only agree.
The system is very resilient, central bankers may not give a fuck about the common people, but they do care about the stability of the system and they are very good at doing that because they learn from their mistakes.
If it was going to ever do a hard break, it would have broken in 2008, weathering that storm showed how much actual leverage they have, and it was a lot more than anybody predicted.
