I've managed to get some Pi Zero 2 W boards in stock, but if you want to use the one you already have, I can ship you one without a pi.
There's a bit of a gotcha with using your own pi zero though: if it's going to be replaceable, the headers need to be on the back of the board for the silent version of the HestiaPi, and the front with the clicky version.
Removing the headers and putting them on the other side is possible, but it's tedious, so it's best to just make sure to get the one that matches.
