"content": "Took Sugar for a walk the other day and randomly met her sister (who we didn't know, and didn't know she lived nearby)! Born nearly 7 years ago in the same litter, they both raced for a while.\n\nDid they recognise each other? I don't know. I understand that greyhounds are usually kept together as a family unit for the first year or so, so it's quite possible they had strong memories of each other. Regardless, by the end of a short walk they were standing next to each other, flanks touching, looking happy and relaxed. I'd like to think Sugar looked a bit happier for the rest of the day, too.\n\nGreyhounds are such amazing creatures...\n\n#DogsOfMastodon #Greyhounds #Sisters #Dogs\nhttps://files.mastodonapp.uk/media_attachments/files/115/394/255/451/532/625/original/cea1035ccdf1f5d8.jpg\n",
