Osaka the Lucky won the first match of Round Two against an opponent. Today we have an identical match on the serface: one beloved classic meme girl beloved classic meme show versus a recently developed with plenty of fan art and memes from a good show that some say will go down hill.
Unlike Tatsumaki and yesterday's match, Frieren has the advantage that her show is fresh and has not phoned it in with QUALITY. Plus, she is a cute elf.

Konata's victory may not seem that impressive, but our first girl to win under the current voting system was able to fight through the tech and social problems to
Shedinja from Poast propsed a new political ideology related to girls like Osaka and Konata: "Meme Girl Nationalism". Sounds good, but I'm still waiting for Shedinja to provide the platform of this brand new ideology.
DEERBLOOD believes Konata has been overhyped by Fedi Zoomies:
"In this instance I get to voot against you and KonataWagner i.e the near entirety of der zoomer menace...
I'm allowed to have vendetta's against anime girls who are being repped by zoomers."
It seems like we have a counter-ideology, Geriatric Anime NatSoc, being formed in the threads of this Tournament. It will be exciting to see the world war that spawn from an Osaka versus Konata or Megumin versus Wiz versus Aqua versus Darkness fight.
There were not many voices discussing Konata compared to her opponent Nausicaä, which didn't stop the blue haired otaku from winning but which doesn't bode well for today's match. We'll see how this Lucky Star performs now that almost everyone understands the system and the tournament has been hyped up since Round One.
