None of these are reasons for governments to control people’s speech. No one has any right not to be offended. Absolutely no one, in any circumstance, should ever be given any kind of power to determine what is or is not their definition of acceptable speech. You either have free speech or you don’t. You’re welcome to walk away from social media or just ignore what people say. At the end of the day, it is on the individual to police their own reactions.
