All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
One fact checker says “Kamala Harris is not a natural born citizen of the U.S. as defined by the Constitution and her parents’ citizenship status, foreign nationals, at the time of her birth does affect her eligibility for the presidency.
