Oh man, I love it! I think it helps me avoid unnecessary conflicts because most of the time I talk myself out of it, unless I have a strong conviction. I only have them with people (in my head) that I’m close to on a regular basis so that’s only a handful perhaps if I interacted with more people it might become a problem? But I find it helps me build up a more conclusive picture. Sort of like my form of meditation, helps clear out my mind. Thanks for the input though, glad you found peace with it!
