when I was hiking this past weekend, brewing came up. Did I brew? My answer was that I was a chem major, we all brewed. My buddy recommended that I do it again.
I do have a 2.5 gallon carboy, a very convenient size for making one case. Loaned to the kids (bio majors), but I could get it back.
But I don't have a brewing fridge, so maybe I should suppress the urge until fall.
