Well that was a bit surreal. Signed the real estate contract to sell our property we've owned for nearly 40 years. We've never sold a property before. Temporary For Sale sign goes up late next week, photographer about the same time, final For Sale sign and full listing the week after that. Hopefully we'll get the old man retired before my 70th birthday in early January. Heads exploding.
