Agree they should all be in prison, but I don’t see any attempt to excuse something for him here, to the contrary I see them trying to criminalize something obviously *not* criminal because he refused to go along with possible establishment fraud, while letting everyone else *literally* get away with murder.
It seems like the most insane case of selective punishment I could conjure up. They could actually get him for crimes, but they are prosecuting him for the one thing that is NOT a crime, because i think they don’t want to set a precedent that might actually mean presidents and corrupt officials could be prosecuted for the horrible shit they do during “business as usual.” 🤷🏻♂️
