After a short bulk fermentation (it's hot), the loaves are now in the fridge for the overnight second fermentation. I think they will turn out well. The required shape is round, so I couldn't use my usual bannetons, which are stretched: I used some kitchen bowls instead which are a tad too small, so I hope for no disaster.
