The West doesn't know anything about China, just like they don't know anything about North Korea. They have a picture in their heads that their government creates for them. I'm not saying that everything is perfect in China, North Korea, etc., nor am I saying that even 10% of the bullshit the West knows about these countries is true.
Why doesn't anyone care about the Islamists in China? Because people care about the shit that's going on in their own country. That's why.
