the victorious of the atlanteans had to relocate because they knew that the region of northwest africa would be washed away, and they relocated to egypt - which i noticed on a lightning strike map is one of the few places on the planet that doesn't get much lightning, they built the sphinx and all those other things and yeah, between then and the catastrophe of the Tower of Babel, they mastered interstellar travel and surviving out in space and off they went
the bad guys stayed behind, and their DNA has slowly degraded to garbage and they continue all the rituals, this line of kings, but they are becoming retarded like we see with the current generations of the Bushes, the Bidens, the Clintons, Gates and all the rest of them
the atlanteans actively ensured that as little as possible was left that they could not fully recover their technology and knowledge, though probably a fair bit survived and is in the Vatican Library, but they are not allowed to use it, and through the various methods, the atlanteans are maintaining this limit on their power and as we come to this current age, the energy and so on that naturally increases in the region of our solar system due to the galactic magnetic oscillation, will recover some of their power and start shit, at which point the atlanteans will come down and finish the job
