We take a draft of the report and use end notes to reference everything in each of our sentences, even if we say "auditor conclusion". And even auditor conclusions say something like, "auditor conclusion based on B.3.PRG, Details 1 through 4 and Conclusion, 2" where we point to our analysis of section of the audit. It's a lot of very tedious work! I like this kind of work but I've been "in my head" a lot with dealing with everything up to and after my mom's passing.
