I know, I jump on it any chance I get. I feel like I'm making a renewed effort with my typical aloof Seattleites. I still did the bare minimum of civility 6 months ago (greeting people ffs) when I was still wretchedly depressed, but now I'm back to actively trying to reach out again. People are responding.

I have a fellow metalworker work friend who's going through a divorce and he's having health problems at the same time and I've crossed over to being one of his sanity lines right now. A pipefitter saved my life last year, literally, time to pay it forward. It's hard to be separated from your family.
