I have felt irritable all day #today. I think I figured out where it was coming from and suggests some specific work I could do on and with my equanimity.
I have finally felt more settled into my new $dayjob after a little more than two months. I think that familiar comfort brought along some old patterns of reactions that left me grumpy.
Until now, everything was unfamiliar enough to create space for me to better use my equanimity rather than those old habits.
I am a work in progress.
