nostr.wine is a high performance “normal” paid relay. It is free to read, and 18,888 sats (one time fee) to have write access.
filter.nostr.wine is our subscription product. It is a separate powerful free relay aggregator that provides a relay-side global filter (your follows+their follows) as well as unfiltered replies to notes (for discovery of users outside your network). With the 18,888 admission fee to nostr.wine, you get 1 included (free) month of filter.nostr.wine.
Additional months for filter.nostr.wine can be purchased here: https://nostr.wine/add-time%E2%80%A8%E2%80%A8There are large discounts for buying more months at one time. The normal price is 10,000 sats/month, the biggest discount gets that down to 5,000 sats/month (~$3). Let me know if you have other questions!
