If you make a lot of pasta salad, highly suggest red lentil pasta #barilla makes a good one. It holds up a lot better in the presence of dressing than wheat based pasta, better protein:carb ratio, and has a nice peppery flavor which can be good for some dishes. After trying it, I haven't used anything else. #cooking
