BTC price will easily rise 35 times on this news
.. effectively he will be able to payback 35 trillion through Fed issued stable USD .. or at least give a choice to debtors - keep the debt in fiat USD (as is) or take bitcoin backed stable USD ..
It is just an example - bringing soverign currencies to peg bacl on hard assets ( gold or btc) is a tough problem ..
