that entire device can be replaced with an SFP+ similar to what you linked. That model is in active discussion right now and being tested on various providers.

The model that is known to work almost everywhere (in my hand) is an Azores WAS-110 or you can get a tiny box with 10gbit ethernet port called a WAG-D20
