How I'd approach marketing Highlighter.com:

1. Find and approach mid-sized creators on YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram etc...

2. Tell them about an additional revenue channel without the additional work.

3. Ask them to get set up on nsec bunker and grant you *the founder* permissions to post on their behalf.

4. Create their profile on highlighter.com and start uploading their existing content. (This allows you to populate the website with good content - solves one side of the chicken / egg conundrum.)

5. Enable cross-platform publishing, or start sharing their work on nostr and other socials (highlighter would have its own socials).

6. I'd also subscribe to them, let them see there is revenue coming from this weird place called nostr. They already have a cashu address so they don't need to set anything up.

7. Occasionally send them updates to show how many times their content was viewed, or how much revenue they've earned. Hopefully they notice and start looking more into it and or upload totally original content.

8. Let them know they'll do better by plugging their links and promoting their highlighter profile on existing channels.
