Hank G ☑️ (npub1agu…j0sk) The uberman looks extreme to me and would take extreme discipline with little flexibility. However, if you didn’t have many work or social commitments and you wanted more wake time, it might be interesting to try. I imagine I’d try it when I retire and become a hermit.
