Both: cumin seeds (new addition) and jalapeños
Large jar: inoculated with Wildbrine brand sauerkraut juice (what we eat when we don’t have homemade kraut around)
Small jar: no inoculant
I’m interested to see if there will be a noticeable difference in flavor. There certainly was in my recent yogurt experiment using two different cultures.
Got a “fermentation wall” here with my sourdough crock next to them 😁
