Just tried one of the newer Starbucks doubleshot energy cans (an entire pint) and even though it has lots of sugar, B vitamins, and allegedly caffeine (and surprisingly 12g of protein) I don't feel a thing. I think this is why I've been gravitating so much towards energy drinks despite still having my daily 2 or so coffee/coffee based drinks because unless its an espresso from a cafe which you down in one go my tolerance is so strong to whatever is in coffee but not in energy drinks that I don't feel it otherwise.

Also my neck has finally caught up and is the same size as my biceps (by which I mean huge/bigger than 99% of peoples) so I now feel qualified to use pencil neck as an insult. Pencil necked nerds on notice.
