Hmmm. I wouldn't say that men have mastered it either. I mean, it's easy for men, because whatever they argue, they always agree on the fundamental thing -- that women should be enslaved. And the things they most heatedly argue about have to do with how to go about this enslavement. So their disagreement is never fundamental and always based on mutual interest.
Meanwhile feminists try to convince women that they shouldn't be enslaved at all. Women live in a state of neurotic approval seeking because they have learned that stepping out of line gets them hurt. Ironically they take this mindset with them even when they decide to be feminists, leading to relationship-based opinions. Also it makes sure that they react in an explosive manner when male dominance is disagreed with because again they learned that not submitting to it is akin to pressing the button that gives you electric shock.
So while men can look more open minded and confident superficially, they owe it to the fact that they never argue about anything meaningful.
