How to combat anti white (or anti Asian sometimes) racism, anti male sexism in the workplace.

1. Join every diversity group and slack channel. This is really important. You might hate the endless mindless dribble. But this is where the racism is at it's most obvious. People will complain about white people. This opens up those spaces to lawsuits.
2. Apply for all positions opportunities advertised for minorities only. Especially those with any with with monetary value. Especially if it says something like "open to black applicants ". Especially if it says "your manager should nominate you" ask your manager to nominate you. In writting.
3. If denied for anything make sure you try to get the reason. They will eventually just say it's because you are white.
4. Sue.

It is illegal to offer opportunities based on race or sex.

It's clearly happening and they are getting away with it because white people are avoiding those spaces. Because they don't feel welcomed.

It doesn't matter, show up. To all those spaces.

Do not give them a safe space for their hate to fester.

We will only win when we Sue and make it in profitable.

Corporations exist for profits. Not for activism.

As soon as it threatens their bottom lines it will be stopped.
