Currently working towards tapering off my anti depressant and replacing it with holistic healthcare. Met with my psychiatrist this morning and told her how good I’m feeling on a much lower dosage. Her response was “great! Well the next step for us is to increase your Zoloft.”
……. The look I gave her as I said “no, I’m good where I’m at” could have burned a whole through the wall.
